Total Quality Renovation: Virtually all of our houses have been totally remodeled with quality workmanship and high grade building products. We take pride in restoring the charm of "yesterday's era" and integrating cutting edge technology to give each tenant the best experience possible. Hardwood flooring, trendy interior design, solid surface countertops, full appliance packages, high end kitchen cabinets, and new fixtures throughout are consistent in most of our housing.

Technology: We understand the needs of today's students. Our houses are pre-wired with CAT 5 and co-axial wiring to accommodate phone, cable, and Ethernet in each bedroom as well as multiple common areas on the house!

Energy Efficiency: Commitment to minimizing the cost of energy is a primary objective when remodeling our houses. Often times we use higher efficiency hot water heaters and furnaces, install new replacement windows with double pane glass separated by invisible argon gas, install insulation in the attics and walls when possible, and properly sealed windows/doors.
